Therefore, the goal set by this department is not only for the lawyers or judicial officers considered by traditional legal persons, but includes the basic level legal talents of the public, private and third sectors. At the same time, it also trains the legal professionals needed by small and medium-sized enterprises; time and again, the recent regional political, economic and social changes, the business opportunities and the human resources sector have moved to China and Southeast Asia, the department has also adjusted accordingly to reflect this phenomenon, so Can only be combined with employment-oriented goals. As far as the master's degree program is concerned, comparative law and regional legal system are the core, in-depth study of the laws of neighboring countries, in response to the evolution of globalization, to provide the talents needed to study neighboring Asian countries, and ultimately to establish a research center for Asian law. In order to realize the above development plan, it is necessary to change the old curriculum design. Therefore, the department implements the course system, takes liberalization and specialization as the core concept of curriculum planning, and promotes a series of reforms, such as the semester system, the core curriculum introduction system, the employment-oriented basis for the establishment of the course, and the implementation of the internship system , Case-based teaching, compiling required textbooks, promoting legal exchanges with mainland China and neighboring countries in Asia, etc. The mid-term plan is to concretize the content of this reform.

3.1 Further study

The graduates of this department can pursue further studies through domestic law research institutes, administrative management research institutes, crime prevention research institutes, political research institutes, etc.; or foreign law research institutes. If you can obtain the N3 level of Japanese certification during the school period, you can stay in Japan for one year and go to a sister school in Japan to study.

In addition to passing the national examination for public servants, graduates of this department also have professional qualifications, or go to private companies to work as personnel management personnel and legal personnel, and some of them go to law firms to work as legal personnel.
